Adam is a dedicated workers’ compensation attorney with more than 16 years of experience representing clients throughout New York State. Having spent eight years representing insurance carriers and eight years advocating for injured workers, he offers a unique, balanced perspective that allows him to anticipate the strategies of opposing counsel and develop effective solutions for his clients.

Throughout his career, Adam has handled every stage of workers’ compensation litigation, including claim investigations, hearings, trials, depositions, appeals, settlement negotiations, and case resolution before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board. His broad experience on both sides of workers’ compensation matters enables him to provide practical, strategic representation tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University in 2005 before receiving his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2009. He was admitted to practice law in New York in 2010.

He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Injured Workers Bar Association (IWBA), the Gavel National Workers’ Compensation Group, and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).

Outside the office, Adam is committed to serving his community as a volunteer firefighter and ambulance driver. He also enjoys mentoring young athletes as a youth soccer coach, reflecting the same dedication, teamwork, and leadership that he brings to his legal practice.
