Mr. Rosen has been representing injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Board since 2015. He has experience in handling a wide variety of workers’ compensation claims, including construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, occupational diseases/repetitive trauma claims, and claims involving third party actions.

Mr. Rosen has successfully represented injured workers throughout New York State and has advocated for his clients to obtain financial and medical benefits in their most desperate time.

Brian has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey since 2013 and New York since 2014 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
